'You always have to have your eye on your competitors, there's a lot you can learn from them, but you always have to be a step ahead,' says $SBUX CFO Rachel Ruggeri.

'We announced a big investment in labor for this upcoming season. Staffing right now is looking good,' says $MTN CEO Kirsten Lynch. 'The skier market in Europe is about 3 times the size of the market in North America. We view this as an opportunity to grow.'

'Leisure has been the major driver of this recovery and it continues to be so strong,' says hyatt CEO Mark Hoplamazian. 'Corporations are back on the road as well. Big tech companies are back to about 80% of their pre-pandemic travel.'

'I think Elon Musk could go public with $TWTR again,' says Ron Baron. 'The people who ran Twitter did a horrible job running it, but they did an incredible job getting the maximum value for the shareholders of Twitter when Elon bought it.'

'His goal is not just to make a huge amount of money,' says Ron Baron about Elon Musk's purchase of $TWTR. 'His goal is to help democracy.'
