Saint for a Day 2022 was a success! From learning about the chemical reactions with dry ice, Day of the Dead altar, examining shark jaws, drawing Pusheen, a Poetry Escape Room, the Haunted House, & wrapping arms like a mummy, etc., today was a great day to be a Saint. 💜

This morning, the #SAHS 1982 boys basketball team gather for a small practice inside Errion Gym. Every 10 years, the men get together for a little hoops action. Great to have them back!

Congratulations to the Model United Nations (MUN) Club for their representation of Denmark in the competition over the weekend. Both Kayla Ramirez and Sara Letson received awards. Sara was awarded for her Excellence and Kayla was awarded for her Research.

Ms. Ramirez's Freshmen Honors Biology class participated in a lab yesterday to test & identify the four main macromolecules in food. The four macromolecules are; proteins, lipids (fats), simple carbohydrates (sugars), and complex carbohydrates (starches).

Last Friday, ASB organized the Freshman/Senior Picnic where they played different games, went down a Slip'n Slide, and had a picnic lunch together. Afterwards, the Juniors played the Seniors in our Annual Powder Puff game! It was a fantastic day to be out in the sun. 🌞 💜
