While it’s great to see truth come out and Alysia Montaño be upgraded to an Olympic medal, she was robbed of moments, finances, and opportunities that may have come from being a medalist. Dopers should be banned for life and we need to see harsher consequences to deter cheating.

Traveling with children can be stressful, loud, lots of questions, lots of bags and car seats and snacks to carry, and everything takes longer. But then when you’re traveling solo, everything feels a little empty, a little quieter, and I miss the chaos. Parenting is a wild ride!

As a kid you grow up watching your favorite athletes and they become role models to you. I’ve noticed boys tend to gravitate towards male professional athletes and so I’m taking to heart that now my son loves to wear my gear and just maybe I’ll be one of his sport’s favorites.
