Delighted that the protocol for the TOPaZ trial has just been published in BMJ Open! We recruited to our target of 350 participants, making TOPaZ the biggest ever trial in Osteogenesis Imperfecta. Results expected summer 2025. Thanks to all involved! bmjopen.bmj.com/content/13/11/…

Delighted that the results of the ZIPP trial are now published showing that genetic testing for susceptibility to Paget’s disease coupled with zoledronic acid treatment had beneficial effects in people with a family history of Paget’s. ard.bmj.com/cgi/rapidpdf/a…
