A huge thanks to Sustrans volunteers, staff, local community members, geocachers & schoolchildren who took part in Durham County Council #BigSpringClean 🙌

Together 107 volunteers picked up 180 bags of rubbish up from 14 miles of #NationalCycleNetwork Route 7.

Through our Welcome Ways project, Sheffield asylum seekers have been enjoying the National Cycle Network on refurbished bikes. Partner The Bike Project 🧡 provided bikes and we've provided a storage shelter + equipment.

Thanks to Sport England for helping us fund the bike shelter!

Whether you use your bike to commute to work and get to the shops, live for beautiful rides exploring the countryside, or love doing a bit of both there are so many benefits to getting about by bike.
