At today’s Summer Commission Meeting, THEC recognized Commissioner Pam Koban, who recently retired from our Commission. Pam has been an instrumental part of THEC for over 11 years and we cannot thank her enough for her exceptional service.

At today’s Summer Commission Meeting, THEC approved the new Nuclear Technology, Associate of Applied Science (AAS) at Roane State.

At today’s Summer Commission Meeting, THEC approved the new 2024 Master Plan for Austin Peay State University, which focuses largely on renovation and reusing existing spaces on campus to transform educational opportunities for the next generation of students.

At today’s Summer Commission Meeting, Taylor Odle with UW–Madison, presented on his research of THEC’s Advise TN college access program. Research shows that Advise TN schools have a significant increase in college-going over schools without any college intervention efforts.
