Trouble falling asleep? Please enjoy this video of a 1996 woman unboxing a digital camera she bought online, and then spending 10 minutes demonstrating how she used AOL to buy it. The internet moved much more slowly back then, kids. youtu.be/sgtq04f6qc4?si…

Watching ep 2 of MY LIFE ON THE D LIST, which takes place at Kathy Griffin’s 2004 Toys for Tots party. Every minor celeb gets ID’d, as well a big ones like Ray Romano. But Mr. Scott here isn’t ID’d at all, because, well—he wasn’t yet a celeb. What a time capsule.

Tonight in 1996 — MURDER ONE ended its first season on ABC.

Steven Bochco's legal drama was pre-SOPRANOS Peak TV, but lost its one-case serialized format in Season 2 — as well as stars like Daniel Benzali + Emmy nominee Stanley Tucci.

It's not streaming, which is a crime.

'Hasan is in entrepreneurial-pitch mode, and he talks volubly, quickly, and confidently...as though he were delivering a Shonda Rhimes SCANDAL-era monologue.'

E. Alex Jung (probably) told me a few weeks ago he was profiling Medhi Hasan. High expectations=exceeded.

Reminder that just because Pecker is a prosecution witness, he’s still an awful person and no doubt still fully in the tank for “the Boss”

Vindication for the NBC PR people who had a good idea where all the leaks on the Apprentice were coming from

Didn’t watch this when it first aired, so I just checked out the first episode, which was shot in 2004 (and debuted in ‘05.) Among other things, it feels like such a great time capsule of pre- social media, mid-aughts LA.

ANDY GRIFFITH is now on @Peacock.

And since I always complain that streaming services don't promote classics, I'll point out that it has the lead banner on Peacock's TV page!

This Paramount-owned show was previously exclusive to @ParamountPlus + Pluto TV. Yay, monetizing!

In just THREE HOURS (12am EST), we say good-bye to these sets, these swords, these insane flyswatter arrays... on Hulu, Chapter 10, written by Maegan Houang & Emily Yoshida, directed by Fred Toye... the final chapter. The end of a journey is upon us!
