We've had a great afternoon meeting lots of our visitors at North Gare and also saying hello to your pet pooches! Thanks to everyone who stopped by on their way to the beach and a big 'Thank you' to Rachael from the Dogs Trust. We'll both on the 21 August from 10am-2pm.

Across our Reserve we monitor our butterfly population & have two amazing volunteers who've been doing butterfly surveys for 4 years. Surveys are usually between March-October, & conditions needed are temperatures above 13 degrees centigrade, not too windy & plenty of sunshine!

We're currently working hard to remove Ragwort in our Conservation Grazing Compartments and getting them ready for our grazing cattle who will be returning to North Gare towards the end September/beginning of October. Watch out for more updates when our cattle arrive!
