via @NYTimes gave me pause to reconsider how we use “labels” in medicine that dehumanize our patients into a series of diagnoses. Time to get rid of our traditional ID/CC: “this is a XX yr old M with [XYZ diagnoses]…” and replace with people’s story? nytimes.com/interactive/20…
