Gov. Ivey has signed the felony health ban making Alabama now the third state to cut off health care to trans kids. We blocked Arkansas and Texas. We will sue Alabama next. But this is just so unbelievably cruel and dangerous.

One way to help:

BREAKING: Alabama just passed a bill that criminalizes providing gender-affirming care to trans youth.

This is the first piece of legislation nationwide that would make this care a felony.

If this bill is signed, we will sue.

Alabama has passed SB 184 the felony ban on health care for trans adolescents up to age 19.
