Answer: Pseudomeningocele from nerve root avulsion

Pt had brachial plexopathy. Acute MRI was fairly unremarkable but sometimes takes time to see sleeve tear. Sac absent of normal nerve roots on symptomatic side. I thought this was an excellent case. #EmoryRadCOTD
