Interesting article on CoP. For things seem complicated! No handy polysaccharide capsule to help- so caution in applying GBS and pneumo rules..OPK may work for some but not others🤯.. Hoping the 5yr mission will work out how we get to be immune !

The M1UK strain was circulating since 2008 but it was only more recently that we saw a surge in cases - so it must be a combination of pathogen, host & environment that led to recent outbreaks
