Final: Raptors 98, Heat 90. Toronto closes the game with a 25-9 over the final 9:30 to ensure a split of the baseball series between these two teams. Raps now head home for another one with Philadelphia, while Miami heads on a quick WC trip to Portland, GSW and Sacramento.

Gary Trent Jr. with a huge shot in the corner on a scramble for Toronto, and that should just about do it here for the Raptors. Now a 23-9 run over the last nine minutes of game action, and Toronto leads by 6 with 22.6 to go.

What was an 8-point Heat lead has been erased by an 18-4 Raptors run over the past several minutes, and Toronto now leads 91-85 with 2:40 to go. Similar to the opening night win over the Cavs last week.

Chris Boucher has been all over the place at both ends – some good, some bad.

The good? 10 points on 4-for-5 shooting, including banging home two corner 3s.

The bad? He's picked up four fouls in eight minutes, and has been lost multiple times defensively.

After 1: Raptors 27, Heat 23.

Heat are just 2-for-9 from 3, with Jimmy Butler being 2-for-2 and the rest of the team being 0-for-7, just as everyone would've suspected.

Toronto has used its length and speed to attack inside, and has a 13-7 rebounding edge so far.

Another game, another run for the Heat's opponent with Bam Adebayo on the bench. Tonight, it's 10-2 Toronto since he left midway through the first.

After getting ejected from Saturday's game, Raptors rookie Christian Koloko picks up his first career start Monday in place of injured Raptors forward Scottie Barnes.

Max Strus, meanwhile, starts in place of the suspended Caleb Martin.

Scottie Barnes is out tonight, Nick Nurse says. Barnes has a sprained ankle and will be day-to-day moving forward.

Erik Spoelstra says the Heat had no issue with the suspension of either Caleb Martin or Nikola Jovic. He said both were expected, and that the focus now turns to being ready for a challenge tonight against Toronto.

And, per the great Matt Williams, the 1-for-16 in the first half now gives the Lakers three of the five worst halves of any team this season in terms of 3-point shooting numbers.

At halftime, the Lakers are now 1-for-16 from 3 today. On the season, they are now 20-for-101 – 19.8 percent.

Scottie Barnes was moving around without any sort of wrap on his right foot/ankle postgame, so some encouraging early signs, at least.

Christian Koloko says he wasn’t sure what caused Caleb Martin to react the way he did. “I was just as confused as you were.”
