There is a huge opportunity to form an alternative to Twitter that offers the public, businesses, and government an informational tool, & interactive experience. It could be similar to Twitter or enhanced. The two can coexist.

Musk will be a big fat target to be sued if a Twitter deal goes through. He would not maintain user privacy of DMs & private accounts. In fact, user info would be a pipeline to Putin & other foes of democracy.
