12 months ago the NHS signed the Care Leavers Covenant. 10 ICBs led the way and today, 32 join, every part of the country will have a active programme to bring the talents and unique perspectives of those with care experience to the NHS. In return, you join our family.

I'm delighted to have kicked off our first Long Term Workforce Plan summit last week with key stakeholders from across health and social care.   We launched this plan in June with once-in-a-generation ambitions on training places and retention measures. 🧵
