This is what I do with my excess leftover rice from my baked rice recipe. I turned it into cilantro lime rice and I seal it in a food saver bag and freeze it for other meals.

I just added some lime juice to the rice so I was mixing it in. I’ll let it sit about 5 more minutes before uncovering again.
