Whenever I watch Sam Firth play, I’m reminded GA traded him to COL for a fifth-round pick in ‘22 that became (I believe) Cross Ferrera, a pick that was invalidated. Firth’s got a ship under his belt & is playing for another, showing up when it matters. Absolute grinder.

Matt Vinc is the greatest NLL goaltender of all time, and he probably still has more wine in the cellar.

If I’m an NLL team in 2024-25, Albany scares the hell out of me. They’re young, talented as hell, Dyson Williams is joining, and they’ve gone through adversity with this loss. Look out.
