GxE SOYGEN (Science Optimized Yield Gains across ENvironments) project has officially kicked off. Done with packing & shipping of seeds for first field season. ~1200 soybean lines, 10 states, 22 locations. Thanks to all undergrad, MAST, grad students in UMN Soybean Breeding for help

The lab is down in Waseca at the UMN SROC phenotyping lines for our plant architecture-white mold trial, in collaboration with UMN Soybean Breeding and supported by MN Soybean Research & Promotion Council. Plants are at R4 and the field looks great!
