COVID-Out double-blind randomized trial tested #metformin , ivermectin, or fluvoxamine for outpatient #COVID19 . Secondary endpoint was incidence of Long Covid (PASC).
Volunteers were followed monthly to 10 mo.
Metformin 42% reduction in Long Covid.
