The new facility for children with social, emotional and mental health needs at Kennet Valley Primary School, Calcot, is taking shape!

Almost £3 million has been invested in this space which will provide places for twelve children, starting with the first six this September.

Each council will verify the Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner ballot papers in their local count centre. They will report their results to the Police Area Returning Officer in Newbury who will announce the results on 4 May.

Residents are continuing to share with us their concerns about exposure to sewage and other debris.

We will be visiting effected sites this week to see if there is statutory nuisance that we can address using powers open to us.

It was great to attend Newbury College UK's Democracy Day today and to speak to students about voting.

Some of these young people will be able to vote for the first time on Thursday in the Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner election!
