UPDATE - Lanes 1 and 2 (of 3) are now closed on the #M25 clockwise within J25 (#Cheshunt) for clearance of the fuel spillage. Traffic is passing in lane 3 only. There's now approx. 6 miles congestion on approach, causing delays of 45 minutes above usual journey times.
