Memories from March this year. Brown Hare isn't common where I live so to see lots in a field in Wiltshire was a real treat. This is still a hefty crop of a somewhat distant Hare but it was great to see it nonetheless.

Great views of one of the Great white egrets at Chew Valley Lake today. Also, an Osprey, two Hobby, a juvenile spotted Redshank a common Greenshank and also a Red kite.

A big crop of one of the Hobbies in and around Herriott's channel this afternoon. Great views when they came in close, but impossible to photograph!
