It's not the routine that makes someone successful. It's the passion, spirit, love, purpose and intention that drives the routine.

Title IX was literally passed into law in order to protect women. Today it wasn't just rewritten ... it was reversed. This is not a political issue. This is a common sense issue. This is a safety issue. This is a biological issue.

Todays rewrite of Title IX doesn’t just ignore the fact that women exist and replace “women” with “gender identity” — essentially erasing women as a category with legal rights in the education system … it also:

*compels speech depriving students of their 1st Amendment rights…

High level recruiting is tough work. It’s demanding. It requires consistency and a high degree of “pain tolerance”…unreturned phone calls, deceitful parents, uninterested teens, less than desirable facilities to show. Contrary to what you might think, it’s not easy anywhere...

Mistakes happen. Setbacks are part of the process. There are always moments where you wish you had done things differently.

Dwelling on the past won’t change it. Keep moving forward.

Let go of the “what if?” Focus on the “what now?”
