Former Boston Red Sox and PawSox pitcher John Trautwein is the “Throwback Thursday” guest at Polar Park tonight. Trautwein throws out the first pitch on Mental Wellness Night as he helps spread awareness on teen suicide after the death of his oldest son, Will, in 2010.

The WooSox will donate a portion of all proceeds from the sale of Mental Health Awareness merchandise to the WooSox Foundation to enhance mental health and wellness💚
