Update: in addition to duplicate postal ballots being distributed to two North Tyneside Council wards Workers Party of Britain NT can confirm it happened in a third, Whitley Bay North, and that at least one postal ballot wasn't delivered to a disabled elector. The results thus cannot be trusted.
