A total of 155 Yorkshire secondary schools have so far signed up for #RestartaHeart Day on 16 October to help thousands of students learn life-saving CPR.

A cardiac arrest can happen anywhere. If you witness one, you must call 999 and start CPR straight away, remember:
Rate - 2 compressions per second
Depth - push 5 to 6cm down on the chest
Don't stop - until help arrives or the patient regains consciousness
Know #CPRAnywhere .
