I am grateful to have been a part of this work! I really enjoyed using DeepLabCut π¦ and B-SOiD Alex εΎη to perform behavioural classification in ~185 hours of video. This would not have been possible without these tools.
A-SOiD from the The Yttri Lab is a computational platform for behavioral annotation. Its training includes elements of supervised and unsupervised learning. The approach is demonstrated on mouse, macaque and human data. Jens Tillmann Alex εΎη SchwarzNeuroconnect nature.com/articles/s4159β¦
a really insightful Huntington's study using B-SOiD from a great group and 2 talented, now-graduated PhDs Alex εΎη and Ellen Koch
BBQS R34 to study naturalistic behavior... N. O. A!!!! So excited to be doing this work with this wonderful team. And thankful for the work of trainees Alex εΎη and Jens Tillmann that set the foundation for this and Paul Middlebrooks and Aden who will push it forward!
