It has been an unforgettable week hosting the 37th annual World Individual Debating and Public Speaking Championship (WIDPSC) on the Senior School campus. The competitors have now entered Grand Finals for each category—by the end of the day, the WIDPSC Champion will be crowned.

An exceptional CGGS staff member was acknowledged as one of the best teachers in Australia recently. Tara Bourne, the Director of Student Care and Experience at the Junior School, was recognised by The Educator as a Rising Star in 2024. Congratulations, Tara!

Congratulations! At the Eastlake Junior Cricket Awards, Hiruni (Year 11) was awarded Female Junior Cricketer of the Year, and Swairee (Year 8) was recognised with a Stage 3 Coach's Award, showcasing her dedication and potential in the sport.
