Hi Transport for London why do I have to get a paper ticket for train travel that includes a tube leg? Often these are rejected at barriers, which can mean seeking assistance up to 7 times on my regular route. Also v inconvenient having to collect in advance in case ticket machine is down on day

hello trainline why can't i choose a digital tickets for longer journeys? paper tx are very inconvenient and rarely work on barriers & have to 'seek assistance' at every single one.
