Excellent points - I fully agree - good information - no apparent harm - good basis for identifying optimal anti-inflammatory therapies in AMI

Again, you are right - there is likely a benefit of COX-2 inhibition- and the concerns for toxicity may be possibly overrated and the risk may be managed by concomitant therapies used in AMI
