Even if we reframe 'soft' as hard-to-do skills, they're still laden with misleading assumptions. As if 'soft' is nice-to-have, & only 'hard' skills matter, really. Stuff that! How we listen, interact, empathise, & understand each other matters. That's not soft; it's essential.
