One of the biggest existential question the world is facing today is: “Where should transgender athletes compete?”. But the solution is simple. Since we have at least 9 genders, we should have 9 categories where athletes can compete, not just 2, male and female. (You’re welcome.)

With their extreme tolerance, democracies have allowed the intolerant extremes (far right, far left, fundamentalists, woke,…) to thrive in their midst. But the only way to fight the “Big Brother Thought Dictatorships” is with their own weapons. Intolerance is intolerable.

I beg to disagree (I’m not an influencer, luckily, so my opinion doesn’t matter.) Bashoks is one of the most interesting writers on X, and his tweets are often informative and insightful. But even the best of us, sometimes, make a mistake.

The woke have appropriated Orwellian language straight from “1984”, and are trying to rewrite history to fit their politically correct, dictatorial views.

Maybe Bashoks can help me on this: BDL gross reserves have increased by $1.5Bn or so over the par several months. Could this be explained solely by increased past due obligations (e.g. delays in settlement of our Iraqi oil bills)? Or are there also other reasons? (It’s not 165.)

For those of us who have some idle time this weekend, here’s an amazing science fiction short story (The Way of Cross and Dragon), written by George R. R. Martin (author of Games of Thrones). It won the Hugo Award for best SF short story in 1979. Enjoy! lightspeedmagazine.com/fiction/the-wa…

Now that - for the past several months - the electricity subsidies have been removed, and people pay one of the world’s highest electricity prices, what really is the excuse for not being able to pay for our fuel imports and provide more electricity? (It’s a rhetorical question!)

Back to my woke rants again. That pronouns thing is a total waste of time. I want to be addressed by my name, or as “you”, at the second person, normally. Why would anyone want to be talked to at the third person as she/her, he/him, they/them or it? Except if you’re a woken dork.
