Abortion is a critical form of healthcare. In Minnesota, we recognize that, which is why the ACLU of Minnesota supported a bill that would enshrine our existing protections for reproductive healthcare.

The ACLU, ACLU affiliates within the Eighth Circuit, including the ACLU-MN, and PEN America filed an amicus brief last week in Walls v. Sanders, a First Amendment challenge to Arkansas’ classroom censorship law that chills full and frank discussions about race in K-12 classrooms.
