After a reformat and following the FPS guide from Aysafromnazareth / NarT I jumped from *<200fps to 250+ constant. Big vouch. Despite the lack of optimization in CS2, my performance loss was possibly self-inflicted from prior optimizations. Game is butter again (for now)
