Hey ScotRail. My mum (83) was booked on the 12.40 today from Stirling to Edinburgh with passenger assistance. Train cancelled, no notification. Fortunately we checked and she took the 12.04. Passenger assistance rearranged but nobody to meet her at Waverley. Poor show all round
