The challenges facing public services are not limited to our shores. Great to be at the 11th EPSU Congress, learning how public service unions across Europe are rising to those challenges, post-Covid and tackling austerity. Good to see old friends from AHCPS union.

Delighted that two of our projects were successful at the Civil Service Excellence and Innovation Awards - The Maritime Frontier Controls’ project and Using Artificial Intelligence to improve Customer Service.

Our last board meeting yesterday with the current make up but with our agenda set for the next year. We're looking forward to welcoming senior leaders tomorrow to our AGM and our new board. Topics going ahead, renewal which will bring all our current insight strands together.

Solidarity to all library staff facing the far-right, who are beginning to target them again. Staff should be protected from harassment and abuse, and Irish society needs to come together to stop the rising hate. We are many, they are few!
