AJPD Investigates Homicide on N. Palo Verde Dr. At 4:30 pm today, we received a 911 call about an elderly man killed at 200 N. Palo Verde Dr. Officers quickly apprehended the suspect nearby. This is not a domestic violence case and appears isolated. Updates will follow.

Starting September 16th, ADOT will begin work on installing 5’ paved shoulders and rumble strips on Ironwood Drive, from Elliot to Baseline Avenue. Outside lanes will be closed intermittently to allow equipment access until project is completed sometime in December.
