With TDD completed three features - in 4 hours, without TDD, I struggled for a while, I dunno, I started from UI, then model, then controller :-) overestimated my little brain, and kind of spent time doing stupid things.

I laughed, I forgot how turbo rails works, so hovering over logout means that logout is prefetched, but since logout itself causes the action, next thing you click, you are asked to login again. I knew this, forgot. Then thought will fix it later, many people complained. Fixed!

Most of the product thinking is about how to solve the friction.

Just don’t click “allow” when apps ask for permissions, read through it, especially for keyboard inputs, screen recording, camera etc! Sometimes there are consequences if allowed randomly.

The whole product management piece has to start with orchestration among different people and has less to do with strategy to begin with, people focus too much on strategy in early days, there is no reason.

Apple might as well remove MagSafe port, I don’t see anyone including me using it, might as well stop dolling out USB C cables, and chargers as well :-) my Mac most of the time charges with my monitor Sorry Apple MagSafe was a good but unused idea on Macs :-)
