Yesterday we were alerted to ~90 people fleeing #Libya . Despite communication difficulties, we were able to send an alert to the authorities with their position. Despite being in #Malta 's SAR zone, they were intercepted by the so-called Libyan coastguard. #FreedomOfMovement
