Weren’t most of these built under Labour governments in the 60s who knew they had an expected 30 year lifespan?
So why didn’t Labour do anything about it in the 90s?

Many of these schools were built in the 1960's when Labour were in power, and they know they had a 30 year life span, so why didn't they do anything in the 1990's when they were again in power.
