Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord. Psalm 31:24 Read this today. Don't know what you might be facing as we hit the weekend - but strength, encouragement, joy & hope are all found in the Lord. I can too easily look at circumstances - but the Lord is steadfast!

The home is the incubator of faith. All the research on the faith journey of children and young people tells us of the importance of the household, We need to be partnering with the home, increasing the confidence of parents and creating intergenerational community!

Line Management and Supervision Training - back for the autumn! I ran this training over zoom a couple of months ago, I'm running it again in the autumn - if you'd like a 90 minute training session on line management and leading your team, get in touch!

We need to see a shift away from churches offering Children, Youth and Families Ministers 1 or 2 year contracts. We need permanent posts that bring stability for the employee and show a long term commitment to children and young people.
