What I'm seeing on my home island, Carriacou, must not become humanity's new normal. If governments everywhere don’t step up, 8 billion people will be facing this blunt force trauma head on, on a continuous basis. We need climate action back at the top of political agendas.

The Climate Change Committee UK progress report is out: we are the first major economy to halve emissions. But we are not on track for our 2030 NDC.
