We’d prefer not to air our linens in public (unless we’re showing you how vaginal acidity is normal). But we need to say something, and we need to ask your help. The pandemic has been rough for the entire museum sector. Now the Vagina Museum is at risk of becoming homeless.

Just heard Dr Tess Wingard on 'Unclean beasts: towards a queer ecology of the late middle ages', such a brilliant and expansive paper demonstrating how queer ecologies can bridge the gap between depictions of queer animals and how these images/ stories structure human sexuality.

I'll be sharing my final thoughts on the matter in a public lecture for Oxford Medieval Society on 9th June St John's College. Hope to see many there! #medievaltwitter More at: medieval.ox.ac.uk/2022/04/28/pub…
