Get your posters in, UKONS offer subsidised places to early career nurses to attend if submitting a poster. You don't need to have the poster ready - just the abstract ie an outline of project/innovation

What is an advanced nursing associate? The RCN Nursing and Midwifery Council is this why so many NQN can’t get jobs? This needs addressing as a matter of urgency. Why aren’t nursing leaders speaking out about this?

We are desperate for nurses but few vacancies for newly trained nurses. Not just nurses either - doctors, midwives, and AHPs all struggling to gain employment.

Despite being loud about it, Who can fix this?? Can it be fixed?
