60 years ago HM the Queen visited Canada. Today is the 2nd anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s death at Balmoral, a monarch & Head of the Commonwealth who imbued a sense of duty. In 1982 she signed Canada’s new constitution, including a Charter of Rights, on Parliament Hill.
