Near total resection(>95-98%) of large #vestibular #schwannoma as we published few years ago by Schneider J et al. Neurosurgery Publications results in excellent long term facial nerve function( HB grade I-II), >90% of patients w tiny remnants do not need additional tx and remain stable.
