NEW: The US economy grew last quarter after shrinking in the first half of the year.

Gross domestic product, the broadest measure of economic activity, rose by an annualized rate of 2.6% during the 3rd quarter, according to initial estimates by the Bureau of Economic Analysis.

In addition to anchoring bias, incorrect diagnoses can also heavily stigmatize our patients (especially when it comes to substance abuse, psych dz, and “behavior” issues).
