Life comes in chapters. When I think of all the significant moments in my life I can separate them into different chapters. You're either at the start, middle, or end of a chapter. I feel like I just started one, and I'll make sure this one is the most impactful yet.

Rebranding done. I've had my hands full since leaving the 9-5 grind: 1. Almost done building my offer 2. Startup MVP on its way 3. Eating with fam every day (that's the best part tbh) 4. Leveling up all my stats Winning feels good.

You know what's the worst feeling I've ever felt? Being semi-comfortable. → Just enough money in the bank → Just comfortable enough at your job to not quit → Just content enough to avoid change Yet deep down, I knew I was wasting my life.

My mornings started with a series of L’s → Doomscrolling → Procrastinating work → Eating an unhealthy breakfast The worst part? I had the audacity to complain that my days were doomed from the start. And now? Things are different. I start my day with a series of W’s: →

5 lessons I learned after disappearing on top of a mountain for 3 days: 1. Naps on top of a mountain are underrated 2. Connection to nature is the key to introspection 3. Life slows down when you breathe more 4. It's easy to forget who we truly are 5. My legs hurt

Questions I ask myself often: 1. Am I where I should be? 2. What can I do to be more present? 3. Am I growing or just existing? 4. Am I settling for a life that doesn't truly fulfill me? 5. Why am I always hungry? Being brutally honest with your answers is key. Be your own

It’s sunday. Breathe. We’ve made it through another week. Here’s my cat posing like he’s on a magazine cover. That’s it, that’s the post.

99% of people avoid anxiety that functional depression generates. Imagine someone who: → Wakes up in a bad mood every day → Can’t focus on anything → Has lost interest in their dreams How in the world can they not feel anxious? One fuels the other. But be careful…

Stop what you're doing for 6 sec. Take a moment to be grateful for your health. I've been sick for the last 3 days and I can't do anything so I feel behind. It's funny how we take things for granted until we lose them.

I don't know about you but, I lose my mind when I have nothing to do. This week has been one of the most challenging in a while. Having to just stay in bed sick laying down in your own thoughts can sound like a nightmare to many. I've requestionned everything in my life

I hope you win the battles you're not telling anyone about. Every single human on Earth is going through something at this exact moment. Here's the magic recipe: • Patience during hardship • Gratefulness during ease

If this is your life: - A job you don't like - Functional but not fulfilled - Smile on the outside but void inside You're probably suffering from functional depression. Escaping it should be your #1 priority.

Anas Kham (@anas__kham) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Harsh truth: It's impossible to know why you're depressed if you constantly distract yourself. Entertainement keeps us from unmasking our pain.

I saw this pattern so many times: 1. Someone dreams big 2. Realizes that accomplishing big things is hard 3. Gets back to doing easy things 4. Gets stuck in a loop of comfort 5. Feels miserable but doesn't know why 6. Forget that they were once dreamers 7. Functional depression
