Just installed, took <5 min. It’s fascinating how fast things move. A year ago this was the hippest thing to pay 10 bucks per month for, now can dl, run locally, all free. (I know openAI etc. keeps innovating - still not a long product cycle of GPT4).

Thanks to baby number 2 (and Michael Ferguson 🧠🕊) I get to investigate the only true meaning of the acronym “DBS” one more time. 🥰

Glad to see Leon's and Luka's work on the mechanism behind DBS see light. Always fun combing ephys with imaging.

But it can be hard to judge pathways based solely on neurophysiology, so we corroborated our hypotheses with the help of Ningfei Li & Andreas Horn using their MRI connectomics approach. High-beta coupling indeed correlated with hyperdirect pathway fiber count.
