New post day! Here's to hoping I get more than half the time in post! Staying well enough I mean.

I've messed my sleep schedule up so bad! I'm getting anxious in the evening so going to bed super early & sleeping for 12 hours, so now I'm tired all the time. Determined to stay up till a sensible time tonight. Hope the anxiety is manageable...

I've been gone for ages. I think it's a combination of not being able to concentrate well enough to even read twitter, never mind engage. Also having therapy as a new outlet for my thoughts. Concentration is getting a little better, so may be back more often...

Hour and a half till a sensible bed time. Anxiety just manageable at about 6/10. Come on anxiety doc, you can do this!

Ill health and a job you love is such a sucky combination! I hate not being able to be at work more often, but am very aware that I can't be, as, for example, today has been very painful in body and mind. Grrr.

And this is why I'm in therapy! (And feel very lucky to be able to be)

Definite depression symptoms this week, I'm slowed up a bit, my face feels like a mask, I have zero interest in anything & speaking is hard. I have a psychiatrist appointment on Tuesday thank goodness. Gotta try do all the smart stuff myself though, try throw it off!

First date anxiety, eeeeep!

Feel a bit poop that the guy I went on a date with doesn't want a second date cos he's getting back with an ex. It feels like this happens a lot. Sigh, back to the beginning. Hate being single 😓😓😓

Playing the game of which comes first, unbearable anxiety or a normal bedtime!. Again.

Oh that feeling of trying to look busy at the end of the day after you've totally run out of spoons from masking how shit you've been feeling all day.... I'm too tired for this.
